Very good at selling. Very disappointing when products fail. Apparently pics are examples of fair wear and tear. Low quality products; low knowledge staff; high quality prices. I won’t shop there again. And below reply conveniently omits that I bought two pairs (due to dual location). So 18 months old with 9 months of use. And would you believe, the second pair are failing as well. Oh and look…it’s in exactly the same place. Well worn maybe, but structural failure, not a worn sole makes them unusable. This is a manufacturing defect which should be covered under the CGA: Faulty products: Goods must be of "acceptable quality," meaning they are fit for purpose, safe, durable, and free from minor faults. Do yourself a favour and give this place a miss, and use the Athlete’s Foot on Cuba St.

At first I thought Wow they have birkenstocks in my size. Then I soon realised that at least one of the shoes in the pair were faulty. I checked every shoe my size to pick the pair with the smallest defect. Ideally I should have walked off and left them with their birkenstock shoe seconds, but I needed a pair for work asap due to flying out to rural Australia that night. Within less than four months of wearing these shoes they are starting to come apart at the front. I paid $350.00 dollars for these shoes and I would expect them to last two years at a minimum like my previous birkenstocks. Beware buying shoes from here they are not the best quality, look at every inch of the shoe, and if any part of the shoes dosen't look right do not buy them because you will have issues later like I am now! Why are you selling seconds? This should be mentioned on the price ticket and the price certainly dosen't reflect the quality, clearly you are ripping people off. Buyer beware (Birkenstock Seconds!) Real Birkenstock shoes do not have faults!

These guys know their stuff! Really helpful and on the ball to help wherever they can. A bit more expensive than their competition (sometimes) but I'm more than happy to pay the difference due to their excellent service. They also have a great returns policy. Also the more you buy the greater discount you get, so consider that when comparing retailers. Went there to buy some football boots this time and very happy with the purchase after a lot of patience on their behalf trying on many different options. Please support our local, high quality traders like Shoe Clinic! Definitely recommend.

Mike was great when I had an issue with a pair of shoes that were squeaking when they got wet. Mike replaced with a new pair even of different brand which I've had better better success with. I really value that kind of service. Even gave me back the $40 difference. Thank you Mike, I won't go past Shoe Clinic Wellington when it comes to my Tramping shoes.

Great service by people who know their products. I bought a lovely pair of Gortex shoes but due to my orthopedic issues, I couldn't wear them for longer than 2 hours. Full refund given with no problem. Awesome place. Thanks
