Paige from Platypus Northlands has hands down some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. We came in store really just to look and Paige not only made sure we were taken care of but that we also got the best deal she could find. My mum (Rhonda) was very impressed with her personable personality! 10/10 would recommend taking the time to visit her and the team :)
My husband and our 3 children visited your store today. Once we had made contact with the male and female staff members they were very helpful. The store was clean and tidy. Absolutely disgusting service by the young girl working today 1/1/25. I took a pair of shoes up to the counter to ask for my size and she said they don’t have it. That’s it. No offer to check other stores until I asked. On our way out I was discussing the unhelpful service with my husband and turned around to look to see the girl making a snarky face towards us. Wish I knew her name to complain to management but I didn’t get it unfortunately.
Came in Thursday mid-afternoon (business Thursday!) Was served by Jack, he was so lovely and considerate! Really listened to what I wanted and was very patient, will definitely come back again!
We made a purchase.... was asked via email to put a review down. Via the link... and was asked to agree with the Terms & Conditions of the review? Never come across that one before. Anyways... decided to do it this way instead: The price was a real steal! The service was nice, but the sales lady does need to know her products more. When we asked for the black vans with the naked colour sole... we received black vans with black soles and she looked confused when we said naked colour sole, stating that they don't have that.
