Highly recommend this store. I brought a pair of shoes that had an issue a couple of months later and they were more than happy to help get me sorted. Amazing staff, great communication and understanding. Thanks team, I will definitely be back and recommend you to everyone I know.
Highly recommend this store, I went in knew what I wanted from online browsing. The retail person came out to help me super helpful, knew what he was doing and saying. Really valued the experience! I would 100% go back. Iām so happy with my shoes and the service.

John was awesome, thorough, knowledgeable and to the point. Great service overall. Walked away with 2 pairs in the end with some extra bits and pieces he threw in too. Will definitely be back that's for sure!

My wife visited 30/9/22 looking for some walking shoes. After watching how she walked, staff member gave her a few pairs of shoes to try. He was fairly happy with one of the pairs but suggested another shoe would offer better support. Unfortunately, they did not stock this shoe. He could have easily sold her the one in stock. We did however take his advice and found the shoe he recommended at another shop, it was a huge improvement on anything she has had in the past and a perfect fit for her walking style. We really appreciated the honest service.
Great freindly service and has shoe sizes that other stores don't have. Will definitely be back to support, we need to keep these shops going. Prices were fair especially for a specialty shop like this. Thank you keep it up!
