Lovely dining room - gentle background music -- excellent food - we love the stuffed chicken wings! Service is fine with adequate but not overly present. Best Chinese food in Tawa! Prices are fair, and look over the specials first for top quality.
Our sever was amazing, very polite young gentleman. The food was delicious, served hot fresh and very quickly. Couldn't fault anything at all. Highly recommend for a family dinner. Kids loved the both the green tea and apple tea. If you have never had apple tea, strongly suggest you give it a go :) Next time we are in Tawa we definitely will be back.
Celebrated my partners birthday with a reservation for 15. Had a slightly longer wait for the food but that was due to the restaurant being busy as well as our tables large order. Great tasting food. Great time had by all. Portion sizes were big so ended taking a few containers home. Definitely value for money!
The food is beautiful and staff nice, however on this occasion, Sat 10 June, something went horribly wrong; waited over an hour and we still hadn't been given our soups let alone the rest of our order. The restaurant was full, that poor young waiter, trying to take orders, phone calls and serve, well one table at least. We, along with another table, had no option but to leave. This should never been able to happen. The Kitchen, unlike other times, was void of noise.......
The best Chinese food!! Spicy squid was delicious!! I also really enjoyed the Sichuan chicken. All food is very well priced! Would recommend, will definitely be back many times in future!
A quote from my husband 'I think that is the worse Chinese I've ever had'. My starter of spicy squid was $6.80, the photo attached speaks for itself- rip off. The chow mein was tasteless and the noodles tasted like spaghetti. Won't be back.
Beautiful wee place with amazing food. Was our local for many years but we moved out of town. After 8yrs...just as wonderful. Friendly, polite staff and gorgeous food. Brought back good memories. Thank you team for the amazing evening.
