   We came here on Monday night for a birthday dinner. The location and ambience of the restaurant was promising but the food didn’t deliver. We waited almost an hour for food and when it did arrive it was nothing special. Not worth the price either. Chicken was bland and dry. Penne pasta was average, tasted like the pasta was thrown together with some supermarket sauce. The vibes for shisha is alg. But would not recommend dining here.

   Worse service I have ever experienced. Came here for my friends 21st birthday which she had booked for (approx 30 people) we arrived no tables had been been set up at all, and they started pulling bar tables together which only sat 20 of us. Turns out they had double booked with a 40th birthday party which was set up very nice, very disappointing in comparison. Nobody came to take our orders despite the birthday girl asking multiple times. Finally after an hour we placed our order. We then waited another two hours, and asked the host how much longer our food was going to be to which he responded “next f****ing Christmas” only HALF of us received our food by 10pm (arrived at our reservation time of 7pm). When we went to pay they told us that most of our food was never sent through. My friend can’t get her 21st birthday back and I’m appalled. She had brought cakes to have brought out after our food, but since we never got our food we had to leave and have cake at home with most of us getting takeout. I will never go here again, worst service ever and would not recommend it.

   Very poor customer service, we waited for about 2 hours for the food and when food arrived, it was uncooked but I must say I enjoyed the night. I definitely go back for the music and dance. DJ was awesome. Beautiful restaurant with great view

   Possibly the worst dining experience I ever had. Staff mean well but has no idea what they were doing or what was on the menu. No gluten free food despite our reservation literally saying one gluten free guest when we were asked about dietary requirements. The restaurant was basically empty except for our table of 5 yet we still had to ask to have our orders taken.
