Sweet and sour pork and honey chicken are not genuine Chinese, they are just cooked In standard fish n chip batter. Fish n chips might be decent but I will avoid these guys for Chinese food In future.
Ordered a chicken egg foo yung for $20 and all I got was this, was super dry and only half full, when I complained about the portion size they just said “yeah that’s normal”. If you want quality Chinese food and good sized portions go next door to the golden dragon.
We ordered the Chinese meals it was pretty expensive. Compared to what we had in Auckland. The sweet and sour pork was really doughy did not enjoy that one, the chow mein was delicious though. I personally wouldn’t come here again mainly it wasn’t worth the price.
I got a 19 dollar pack 4 fish 2 sausages an wat looked like 1 dolla chips ripped off really disappointed fish was gross chips ddnt Evan feed 1 person also orderd a egg fu Yung tasted old also gross An lastly orderd a combination meat chop suey cauliflower was obviously rotten ddnt have a nice taste at all . Never Goin back Trust me it ain't worth it
Last time we bought from here, got home opened our fish n chips and straight away could smell the fish was off. Threw it in the rubbish and woke the next morning with the whole house smelling like rotten fish..absolutely disgusted. Will never go there again.
Partner brought sweet and sour pork with what is supposed to be $5 chips......ripped off that is not worth $5 at all. The sweet and sour was also lacking in flavour and tasted weird only like honey Won't go back chips were not cooked properly.
$25.50 for $8chips, 8 batterd mussels n 2 prawn twister. First off the chips were over cooking and definitely not what 8 dollar chips should be, the mussels were tasteless and prawn twisters overcooked or cooked in old oil. Overall ridiculous price and food was definitely not worth the amount being paid. Am so disappointed considering it was just chips n mussels.
Horrible quality, fish was uncooked, chips tasted stale and milkshake was almost entirely froth. This shop needs to up it's game and start doing some quality checks. Spent $22 on this food and it was the worst meal I've had in a long time.
