   It sucks to give one star rating, but sadly this place earned it. Apart from taking some twenty minutes to actually get the wrap (we were no more than three people in the store waiting for our wraps/pitas; I was the second in line), the very confused and very slow food handlers were constantly asking me questions regarding my order. Just to make it clear, one cannot order through them, but through an app only. The app is on a large screen positioned there at the store. We explicitly ordered Dairy Free ingredients (down on the screen as DF), but the handlers there simply didn’t know that some materials can be replaced by dairy free counterparts. They sadly don’t know anything about what they have there in this regard. Now, they indeed eventually put in the wrap dairy ingredients, and those are not cross-contaminated ingredients. If I were allergic to dairy, that would be extremely dangerous. I am simply dairy intolerant that eventually got the harsh tummy symptoms shortly after eating that wrap. But to allergic people, that wrap could be lethal. One would expect that food handlers should be very cautious with food, and definitely must know what each ingredient has inside. It’s the very first time that we are terribly disappointed with PitaPit, and we never had any issues with any other branch so far. If you have food intolerance or allergy, and you do not wish to suffer from the consequences of (what seems like) unprofessional food handlers who would give you ingredients that you are unable to consume, then avoid this branch. This review is written in December 2025 and the review should be pertinent to around that point of time.

   I love pita put but this is definitely the worst one. The portion sizes are disappointing and theres almost no sauce. Unfortunate as other pita pita are so good :/ i hope they change their service.

   There's one lady their that makes them taste soooo much better, you can tell she takes pride in her work. The other 2 times my orders were average lol

   Probably the freshest fast food in Botany Hub - fresh, tasty, quick assembly. Overall a good deal for lunches or light meals. Service could do with another person in busy times, but on the whole they do pretty well. Closes annoyingly early though.
