   An agent at 1768 river road was very abrupt and short with me at a viewing. I was filming the entrance from inside and I realised I couldn't take videos, from the agent who verbatum said "Excuse you can't take any videos". Not a hello, not an introduction. I walked straight out. Please address your etiquette.I quickly stopped and apologised to her. Not a smile, nothing and straight off again.

   I am a renter. I was with Quinovic from 2018 to 2025. In that time I delt with a few property managers lastly dealing with both Katie and Lucy. I have anxiety and Both Katie and Lucy have been really great over the years to be kind and to listen whenever I had a concern. They are great people. Thank you team. I miss you.

   I would and have recommended Quinovic to many of my friends who are seeking to get a very professional and knowledgeable rental agents to manage your property. Before being with Quinovic we had listed our investment property for rent and had also involved another rental agent as well to find us a good tenant. After a couple of months we were unsuccessful and were about to list our property for sale when I came across Callum from Quinovic. I found his conversations very realistic and assuring. He informed me step by step as to what approach his team would be taking in order to get our property rented out to good tenants. Within a few weeks of listing they managed to find a very good tenants. The team at Quinovic are very dedicated in looking after and safe guarding our properties as they take photos and do inspections to top standards and keeps us informed on how things are going by giving us monthly reports etc. We feel very relaxed in having quinovic manage our property and without any hesitation highly recommend them to everyone who wants a next level rental agents.

   Before I started working with Quinovic Hamilton, I was concerned about the cost of using a property management company. I was also concerned about whether they would be able to find good tenants and manage the property effectively. After I started working with Quinovic Hamilton, I was very pleased with their services. They have also been very helpful in managing the property, and they have always kept me updated on the status of the property. They are professional, responsive, and they always act in the best interests of their clients.

   A very unprofessional experience with Mark Laurence. We attended a viewing and got off to a good start with the lady at the front door, she was lovely. We proceeded to look through the house and was not once acknowledged by Mark (who was in the living area prior to us entering). We were checking out the backyard of the property and our feet got a little bit wet. As we tried to come back inside, Mark stopped us at the door and called us 'rank' (yes, as in the slang word for disgusting) for trying to go back into the house. Yes we understand that his point BUT he was very very rude and unprofessional in the way he talked to us. We felt belittled and offended. Do not understand how such a person is a representative of the company. He could have been polite about it instead of being downright rude. Will not be going through Quinovic again, would not recommend others to either. all these bad reviews about mark speak volume.

   Our family has used Mark and his team at Quinovic to manage our four Hamilton rental properties since 2015. Quinovic are great communicators and they have provided a very professional service and advice over the years. Their choice of tenants has been excellent and we have experienced very few problems. If a tenant or property issue does arise it has always been swiftly resolved by our property manager Katie who has been superb. Mark and his team at Hamilton Quinovic have taken the hassle out of being a residential rental property owner and I can highly recommend them.
