   0 stars Very bad experience Main advisor shows no interset never guide/update whenever immigration requires any sort of documents. We as an Employer pay them to sort our accreditation process but they didn't bother after getting their fee and We ended up getting our accreditation declined just because of the main advisor didn't show any interest in the case, just throw the application to their unexperienced assistants. Very unsatisfied, I would not recommend any to go their for paying an unreasonable amount of fee for getting poor assistance.

   Very poor service. Waste of time and money, getting stress for months Took the money and did nothing. When we contacted the immigration after months they said they haven't heard anything from Hema. I was pregnant and went to meet personally to Hema from south island to Auckland to request but she is just a money maker. She even told us if we widraw from her we can't get our residency, we did everything on our own n God is great we got our residency (family of 3) No shame even to refund the money if u don't do your job but they know how to rob.

   I visited them thru google search, i was totally misguided from them, it happened in 2019. As they said verbly you getting $22 per hour as (driver), so we will apply for 3 year work visa, and your partner will get work wisa too. But got only 1 year work visa, my partner visa declined, fortunately she got general visiter visa 5 months. When i asked why it happened then they said you are lower skill worker. But they didn't say anything earlier. It was totally disappointed. Surprisingly i paid big amount around $4000 for that, because i was misguided. I would never recommend anyone in my life. It was such a bad experience ever in NZ.

   Thanks everyone in the DNZI team (especially to Ms Hema Parekh) for the wonderful service and advice! Hema and her team have done a great job in the past 8 years to help me and my family for the visa issues since I was unlawful in 2013. She is such a professional lawyer and she successfully bought me back from my home country with a visa and submitted our residence application in a later time then finally got our RV approved recently..
