   This service was booked as an "exit clean and windows" the fee was $225 - the result was disgraceful, and we had to spend a full extra day cleaning ourselves - it was disgusting. We were unable to move in for another few days due to having to wait for the place to be cleaned. There was literally dust everywhere and the carpet was covered in cat fur. We had to carpet clean and vacume, along with scrubbing all surfaces and ledges. Shame on you for ripping off your customer. Do not recommend at all. I will add more photos of the dust and grime that I sent to the real estate agent who booked the service on behalf of the elderly client exiting the property.

   This company's approach to franchise ownership is deeply disappointing. Upon receiving payment, their commitment to providing essential training to new franchisees is sorely lacking, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Potential franchisees should exercise caution when considering an association with this organization. Should never buy this franchaise.

   My property agent referred me to use this company for doing some top up cleaning. And I was stupid enough not do it by myself, thought they might be doing a better job. However, they didn’t know how to do some of the jobs as professional cleaners and I needed to do it by myself later on, still charged me a bill that is enough to surprise me nuts. Such easy money for doing nothing!!

   We have used Clean Planet for a couple of years and are still very happy with the quality of service they provide. They are always considerate, and consistent with their work. They communicate well with us - we work from home so often plan our day around them coming. And they often add little touches that make all the difference - like arranging cushions or making the children’s beds with the toys lined up that make us feel like they really care about the job they do.
