   DO NOT HIRE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Very unprofessional gets verbally aggressive when complained about the stain he "couldn't remove" didn't use any cleaning products only water took less then 10 mins to "clean" lounge 2 bedrooms and a hallway got aggressive when he tried changing the price on us went from $65+ gst to $100+ gst needs a punch in the mouth

   DO NOT BOOK. Nearly 30 minutes late. Carpets were done with only water and no shampoo or anything! Took 10 minutes for a two bedroom house. Very unprofessional. Tried charging $100 when it’s $75 on website. Didn’t remove stains like a carpet cleaner normally does. Not bloody happy at all. Disgusting cleaning. Not worth the $75 at all!

   PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU CALL HIM. One of the worst carpet cleaner in whole Nz…i have been getting carpet cleaned every 6 months since last 8years but that person has retired now. So I searched market place and found this Sun carpet cleaning owned by rude, arrogant, unprofessional person Steven. Booked in for 12:30pm..frist thing he asked when he came in.:can you pay cash? Seriously man..NO He said then...i will take 90$ for your house I said ok I am happy you start. Done whole house so called STEAM CLEANING in 7minutes…no chemicals for sprayed..no stains were removed..left all the mess in my bathroom about 2 litres of dirty water spilled in my bathroom. I said I am not satisfied with your services but his behaviour was completely annoying. Started yelling while standing in my property that pay me now or I wont leave..scared my kids too. My neighbours came in and called the cops..he ran away as soon as he know that cops are coming… Such a weird and unprofessional person. Worst experience in my life with a carpet cleaner.

   Sun Carpet Cleaning has been cleaning my carpets for over 2 years and it’s no easy job having a severely autistic son who likes to have sensory play ON the carpet-including yoghurt, jelly, kinetic sand, anything liquid-eek!) Sun Carpet has always managed to get all stains out, they are quick, easy, affordable, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend and the service is amazing which is why we keep coming back.

   Sun Carpet Cleaning was amazing from the time I called to when they cleaned my carpets. They are so friendly and you can tell they really care. I called a for a initial price which was very reasonable. I called a couple weeks later and they had kept all my information. I didn't have to re-give anything. They gentlemen that came out to my house was very nice and was honest with the stains I had. He was super nice and fast at his job. He also gave me tips to keep my new house carpets clean. He understood that you have kids and have to love in your house. So amazing will always use them for my carpet needs. Thanks guys your the best.

   A quick, easy, well priced service. I opted to clean 5 rooms plus a hallway and it took 90 minutes. The carpets (on a hot day) will be dry within a few hours. I will definitely return as a customer, the pricing is very competitive for Christchurch.
