Appaling run in with taxi van license plate RBQ294 smoking in his van hurling abuse at the public today very unprofessional taxi service. He had an accent and tattoos if that helps identify this driver.
Urban Link van RBQ294 turned right at a no right turn intersection (Octagon Central Carriageway to The Octagon) holding up traffic while he gave way to all oncoming vehicles holding up 5 vehicles behind. Not a professional driver at all.
Sadly having the acc contract this company takes full advantage. Taxis are never on time sometimes unto an hour late and the phone staff cannot understand the concerns in regards to young children who have to catch them by them self due to parent disability. I would never reccomend this service to anybody.
Why would I take taxi when these drivers are driving Uber as well. Same car same drivers cheaper rate. Hate Urban link. Very disappointed.

Worst service ever. They left a 93 year old waiting an hour on the side of the road and Joe in the office was disrespectful and couldn't care less. His sarcasm and attitude made me wonder if he owns the place as surely they wouldn't employe someone like that. Happy to discuss further if he doesn't hang up on me again.
