Had a bad experience here a young girl that I believe should not be cutting hair of real life people. Had to stop her and get a senior stylist to try correct it. And still left unhappy. Was given a discount for the error but fringes are very unforgiving .
We had a wonderful experience getting my teenage daughter, Moana her haircut today. It was a challanging style and our hairdresser did a fabulous job giving her the desire look from the photo she took in.
Pamela the store manager cut my hair today, she was so lovely and really listened to what I wanted which was a wash & trim but keeping the length and a face frame. My hair feels so nice and looks great! Thanks Pamela
Went in earlier today to get a butchered hair cut I got the day prior fixed, and Malae was lovely, super helpful, and worked a miracle on my hair! 20-minute wait, with a text to head back to the salon. I am a bit socially awkward, but Malae made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job with what she had to work with!! Will definitely be coming back to see her and her team in the future!
They have increased the price of kids cuts to $40 after school and weekends and long weekends. And every cut has been average. Wonβt be coming back.
Pricing was reasonable, and service was friendly, but the haircut my daughter got was atrocious. It was her first ever haircut and the fringe is strangely crooked. It looks really bad and I am very frustrated!
Overall they give good haircuts based on the price. However, one of the ladies is quite lazy and the two times she's cut my hair, she's done quite a rushed and lousy job compared to some of the other people here.
Today I had an incredible experience with the lovely Moari Girl (sorry I forgot your name). Great consultation and nailed the job. Going from long hair to pixie hair gut. Thank you so much. All day I got showered with compliments about my new look x
The hairdresser was amazing with my 2yo - & the cut came out incredible! First time he'd ever sat in the chair by himself too & he didn't make a fuss which means she did an awesome job! Absolutely 0 fault with her :) The only reason it's not 5 stars is because on weekends all cuts are $37 - which I think is fine for adults but for a 2 year old? Probably not the best policy to include kids in that. I will be back again as I've always had good cuts for my son there but will have to come on weekdays instead for the child's price.
