“An example of excellent customer retention, the value of good people, and a drive to "make things right". Oliver (assistant manager, Petoni) won me over after my absolutely terrible service at the Lower Hutt branch - almost forcing me to demand refunds for a Tawa desk I bought with a woman whom I struggled to communicate with and appeared to have the decision-making capability of a deer stuck in the headlights of an oncoming car, and identified as a manager named "Kalkatana". In frustration, I called their 0800 number and after me misidentifying the branch in my fluster (I am new to Wellington), was put in contact with Oliver Munn from Petoni (only a few weeks on the job) and their management team sorted out everything. He even delivered the desk to me. He was apologetic, courteous and has retained me as a "Warehouse Stationery" customer with his quick thinking and decisive action. I will be buying more from Petoni branch, never again from Lower Hutt until changes are made. Thanks, Oliver - and I assume the branch manager had some part in this too! Thanks!”

“I never thought I would appreciate a pharmacy enough to write a Google review but here I am! Ban and Mohamad are kind and diligent pharmacists who go above and beyond in caring for their customers. They have picked up on dangerous drug interactions missed by doctors when prescribing them, they are respectful of patient privacy when discussing medications around other customers, the vaccinations Mohamad gives are quick and painless, and they give excellent recommendations. I am always so impressed by how they always have ensure you’re well informed about what you’re being prescribed, even printing out information sheets and talking through complex dosages. They also have incredible integrity - they realised I had been charged full price for an item on discount so they contacted me a week later to let me know they were crediting my account. They provide service, attentiveness and care that you just can’t find at the big franchise pharmacies. I love supporting Coast Care Pharmacy and have had many friends switch to them after hearing me talk about them and subsequently join the loyal fan club.”

Really kind and showed their care to make sure I choose the right option. While I was sitting there for my 15min observation time, I saw other customers came in and I think they know everyone by name. He is kind, patient, empathetic, transparent, warm welcoming,friendly, understanding and the epitome of professionalism. His staff are testimony to that. I have only moved to the area 6mths now and everytime I have visited the pharmacy, customers know him by name and vice versa. Customers that I KNOW would have been judged or looked down upon by other chemists. Above all else he treats customers with RESPECT. Walk 30m or so to the next chemist and I can gaurantee you will have a vastly different experience to say the least.”
