Shout out to Finn, the young sales assistant who provides brilliant customer service for us today. We went to this store today with our dog and newborn, looking to buy a cooler vest for our dog. They are having summer sale and very busy, we were also overwhelmed by the big range of products they carry. Finn spotted us very soon and served us, helping us find the product that was not on the shelf, putting the vest on our dog to try, introducing the dog harnesses that could go better with the vest even we didn’t end up buying the harness (only because size M of the colour I picked was all sold out). Finn is so helpful and genuine, definitely went above and beyond with very professional service, customer centred mindset and great product knowledge. Great shopping experience. Thank you so much!

Brought a hiking sun cap for my partner’s 50th birthday. They went extra mile and wrap the cap in a nice brown paper wrap and a blue ribbon, and drew this little note. It was a nice touch, and I love the idea to use a brown paper wrap as it’s subtle and suits an aesthetic appreciation of a Kiwi guy, and environmental friendly! Thanks team! Will keep in touch.
Bought some Real Meals from Further Faster. Quick and easy to buy, plus the shipping of $8 was a lot cheaper than other stockists. An added unexpected and very much appreciated surprise was the free packets of sample meals thrown in as well and the lovely handwritten note. Many thanks!
