Really happy with our first of hopefully many more visits to Scissorhounds Mission Bay. My cat Miso is a Persian X and her fur gets very long and hard for her to manage, plus it’s very hard for us to get the brush everywhere. The groomer was very nice and gentle and spoke with me beforehand to check what sort of groom I’d like, which admittedly I said I’m happy with any length and cut because what’s important was to get rid of some of the underbelly matting. We are so happy with the result, she looks so cute but most importantly she seems so much happier now that her fur isn’t hurting her. She’s mostly quite aloof but she’s been hanging out with us more since the shave. Thank you so much for your expertise and patience with her, she probably didn’t show it at the time but she is very grateful, as are we!
This is the second time I have brought Randall to this place for a groom as we have recently moved around the area. I was a bit worried about bringing Randall to a new groomer but Randall was well taken care by Nico and his team. It helps as well that they are nice and very friendly. Randall always gets complimented at work after his groom.
Our Shih Tsu/Maltese Alfie, has just been groomed and he looks fabulous. Very friendly and did a great job. We will return and recommend Jan Macdonald
Friendly staff! Very patient The Dog grooming cut was exactly how we requested. The time estimate was spot on always comes home smiling. He loves it there! They are always accommodating an friendly when odd circumstances come up. We like the advanced automated scheduling feature Scissorhounds is the best groomer!
