   If you really care about your pets diet then this is the place to go. Staff are really knowledgeable and since we've put our two cats and one dog on their recommendations their health has increased 100 fold. Their toilet habits have changed for the better and their coats are extra shiny and smooth. I give this place 100 out of 100. A win win all around!

   It’s a good location to get processed raw protein for pets but I would take everything they say with a grain of salt and discuss with your vet. - All their promotional material says dogs are carnivores. Dogs are omnivores. - they seem to work on the assumption your pet has never consistently had meat before - They don’t always have the same products in store. - Because of this we have now tried almost all proteins which now makes it hard for us to try a truely novel elimination diet - if I had been aware of supply chain issues it would have informed my purchasing habits from the outset. - They recommended a novel diet for my dog but never asked what proteins he has had previously and then recommended chicken and duck broth on top of it - known allergens.

   Laura is really informed, nice with alot of patience helping us get our wee Fergus (8mnth Westiepoo) onto a raw diet. She provided a lot of info & checks in to see how it's going. The store is always well stocked with quality product, clean & layed out logically.

   Our senior cat developed gut problems (inflammation, possibly IBD) and despite good vet care she became extremely picky with her food, to the point of only eating a few treats each day (we tried about 20 different kinds of supermarket and prescription cat food to no avail). We switched to raw essentials 3 weeks ago, and in combination with continued medication she's been eating the recommended amount of food every day and has put a little bit of weight back on. Toileting issues and vomiting have also mostly stopped. It's been a huge relief to get her declining health turned around. The product is great and the shop staff have been informative and helpful. Thank you!
