   Bought a marble top coffee table, asked before we left the store if there is warranty, one year on manufacture fault yay, got it home, unwrapped it, found a chipped spot on it.- it was wrapped like a cocoon by the store staffs btw. Emailed them for a solution- replace it if you have stock? Got a call back-- there is nothing they can do: the table was a floor sale, heavily discounted, so you know, you should've checked before you buy. Lesson learnt. When something is on discount, check it as the reason it's on sale is that it's faulty. I DID NOT KNOW THIS, MY BAD. Still wanted to keep the table as we love it, asked if they have instruction on how to fix chips-- Go find a specialist, not part of our service. What's a manufactures fault on a coffee table IDK, but a chip and cracks around it on marble piece is not a manufacture fault? OK then

   We brought a chaise lounge suite and 2 x lazy boy chairs only 11 months ago. We paid over 7k for it and waited for about 10 months for it to be shipped from China. We chose the fabric SJ Esther Oatmeal and also paid to have it scotch guarded. We have been super disappointed that on the Lazy Boy Chairs the fabric has suffered from incredible pilling. There are only two of us at home that use the chairs at night so are not being sat 24 hours a day and mistreated in anyway. Upon bringing this to Hunter's attention we received a letter back to say that this is common with this particular material and as a sign of good faith they sent us a complimentary pilling removal gadget. Whilst we understand how this happens with clothes rubbing against the fabric, had we been made aware of this when choosing the fabric we would have definitely have chosen a different fabric for the chairs. Please don't pick this material if your suite is going to have a lot of use. We have learnt the hard way.

   should not buy anything from them, I got a out door bar table from them, once I opened box, it is broken. Spoke to Shop, they push me to After sale team, and After team refuse to swap or refund. Dropped the faulty unit to the shop more then 3 weeks, no update at all. no one call me to update. only solution will be go to dispute tribunal now.

   My 86 year old grandmother ordered a lounge suite from you guys months ago, and paid for it, with delivery promised for today. Now the day is here and there is no sign of her furniture. People on the phone say that there is nothing they can do, and the furniture isn't even at the distribution centre to go out yet. She moves into a new community today, and has had two hip replacements but the couch she ordered is just somewhere in the ether. You should be ashamed of yourselves for making claims that you cannot back up to make a sale to an old lady. WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN

   Ordered a couch from here - happy with the product but the delivery process was catastrophic. The staff at the store is nice and polite but seems like the headoffice has no idea how to run a business. Massive gap in communication between store and headoffice. The whole process was cumbersome.
