   I was looking at the tumbled aged brass in store and I feel like team kinda wasted my time and should have been more knowledgeable and upfront, with examples in store about how the product looks, especially with tarnishing from common bathroom products and making pre-aging recommendations. I took a test piece home and kept it in the shower, and while I didn’t mind the water marks, the tarnishing from just regular soap (which would 100% end up on the fixtures) was instant, very very dark and noticeable. Picture attached. This is from handling the sample one time with soapy hands in the shower (which would totally happen as you turn the mixer or adjust the shower head). The tarnishing appeared almost instantly and was black within a few hours. The finish would get very patchy almost instantly if anything alkaline eg toothpaste, moisturiser, soap, shampoo, hand soap, cleaning products, etc got on it. I know this would happen to any unlaquered brass but I just felt the team should have examples of 1. How the finish looks over time and 2. How dark it gets when it tarnishes from soap.

   Unfortunately we've had a really poor experience. We ordered a vanity with an arrival date of late November, very poor communication but now it's looking like January (although we are not sure). We offered to pay for shipping as the vanity is in stock in Australia, but they said no. The toilet we ordered doesn't match the description (and has blocked twice in two weeks) and we're now having to remove it and replace it with a better quality model. I suggest going elsewhere....

   Ordered an outdoor shower from ABI Interiors on the recommendation of our plumber. Unfortunately he/we miscalculated the height of our eaves and it wouldn't fit under. ABI customer service was EXCELLENT, with a full credit arranged on return of the product to their warehouse in original order and packaging. Good communications throughout.
