   Most of the staff i had encountered at this op shop are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately today I went to get some cushions for a friend and I was very disappointed with the staff who was in the shop including the manager who's name is Nicola making fun of me when I asked for some items and was laughing with the other staff members that was absolutely rude . I was really disappointed of the way they were. I said im sorry that my" accent " sounds funny. Another lady behind the counter started laughing too and said its so funny they kept laughing at me. No reply no apologies at all. I feel very offended as this was not a good client approach behavior. I would not come back to this op shop again. I hope these people have more respect and empathy for foreigners next time.

   What an awesome op shop. Plenty of parking, well organised and beautifully set out store. Electrical goods are tagged as being tested so they are guaranteed safe to buy. This shop sells everything from clothes to dishes, to books, to videos to kitchen wares, yarn, toys and of course electrical appliances. All things in the shop seem to be priced to sell & outside there's a couple of 50% off racks. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful.

   Rude and snarky workers that seem to find delight in the fact that there are struggling people. They also sell extremely used things for full retail price and then are rudd yo those that try to say that an extremely weathered pan should not be sold for $25.00.

   I wanted to buy a "grater".I found 2.one was priced at $5.50 & the other was $1.50.both were exactly the same,make & model..Of course I bought the cheapest one..advice,when OP-shopping,always look out for the deals,don't be ripped off.
