   Firstly, the sales staff were polite and helpful. We waited expectantly for 3.5 months (anticipated) hoping for a new suite of at least equal quality and comfort as experienced with our prior Lazyboy suite. Unfortunately that failed to be the case, to where we have still left the tags attached. The 3 seater is not unlike sitting in the economy section on Jetstar Airlines. The recliners periodically close with a rumpled fold on one side at the front, the leg cushioning looks flat like something you'd expect from 'Temu' after use The headrests are firm rather than cushioning, and push your head forward to a degree that is not only uncomfortable, but leaving a neck that is sore after lying back resting. I have contacted the purchasing store twice, by phone and personally, seeing only the salesman who directed me to contact the distributor. Each time I have asked for the store manager she's unavailable. I took considerable time filling out the required complaint form for the distributors, along with photos, and pushed send only to have it 'vapourise' with unfortunately no record. After spending close to 5k to purchase what I had considered at one time a reputable brand and product, I have now become a very disgruntled customer, and not the kind of advertisement the Lazyboy company or Hunters would desire I'm sure. I would very happily return it all.

   I really wish I had read the reviews on this store first. I only hope this helps someone avoid the same terrible experience. I would not purchase from this store. My elderly mother purchased a laziboy here, we had to ask for the "free table" valued at $299 that was advertised (looks like $30-40 mdf side table). We were assured delivery in 7-10 days at time of payment which was written on the sale and purchase agreement - twice, but in reality it was closer to 3 weeks. We then had to go collect the side table ourselves, from another store also. When questioning the store on the delay - my mother said she wouldn't have paid all that money in advance if she wasn't going to get it for 3 weeks, was rudely spoken to and told it wouldn't have been delivered if you didn't pay. I said to mum we wouldnt have purchased from them in that case.The arrogant lady on the phone wasn't interested since they already had their money.

   The women ignored me the purchaser .Spoke to my daughter took her details .wouldn't purchase from the lady, being so ignorarant. Never offered the furniture to be made in our choice of covering, obviously she wanted to sell what was on the floor. Would never ever go Again. JD

   These guys will say anything to get a sale including lying to an 86 year old woman. My Grandma was promised that her new lounge suite would be delivered today (7th of October) which is the day she moved in (perfect!). She’s very organised and bought this months ago. After hearing nothing from these guys all day, my sister got on the phone to see how far away the furniture would be and was told the 7th was only a guide. Did they tell my Grandma this? Nope. Does she have anywhere to sit for the next week? Nope! Not cool Hunter Furniture.

   Large furniture store with a wide range of items. They have a lot of different styles so everyone should be able to find something they like. Friendly staff and is connected to the lazyboy store too. Lots of parking and is located conveniently in the center of the norwest mall development.
