We asked for delivery for the balloons part of our order, and it wasn't their usual service and we paid for it but it was so worth it - really great service from the team and responded to emails with queries for different stock swiftly. “I went to Look Sharp to get some helium balloons filled. While I was there, I received fantastic service. Even though the team were busy, they kindly took the time to answer my questions and put together my order, which was quite a few balloons. They even tied the balloons together and showed me how to hold them so they wouldn't blow away. I highly recommend Look Sharp for getting helium filled balloons!”

“I find Pestrol a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is of a high standard, patient, polite, respectful, friendly & helpful. I find high standards in customer care not as common as it used to be with people not being able to focus & answer questions fully, but that is not the case here! They also include free gifts for orders over certain amounts (which I didn't know, so when my parcel arrived it felt like Christmas)! I wish the women who serve me by email & phone get well deserved pay raises. Due to all these positives, I will remain a loyal customer in future - I have no reason not to.”

There were a couple of issues with items I bought which Jag immediately addressed and put right. He even fixed a faulty item for me that I had purchased from another business, when I went to buy a replacement product from him. As such I continued to buy goods from him as our renovation progressed because I knew I could trust him. I was in there so often we were on first name terms and I like that. “I recently found Enjoy Store online and then went to visit their new physical store in Plimmerton - And I was so happy that I did. It was well worth the short trip from Wellington. And Plimmerton is such a great destination regardless. The shop is connected to a salon and another small business so there is a really lovely vibe with lots of people coming and going. I met the owner (Kate) and was completely blown away by the thoughtfully curated selection of products on display. The products are hand selected by Kate from small business and artisan brands that are based all over the world. I felt like the best selection of on-trend items from all over the world had been bought to me on a platter and I am so happy with what I ended up choosing!
