“After having a bit a disaster, when our elderly cat had an accident on our brand new mattress, Mark from Chem-Dry Otago did a great job of getting rid of the cat pee odour! He gave me great peace of mind that the chemicals were safe to use, considering our 4 month old baby sleeps in close proximity to the mattress. The service was quick, friendly and totally fuss free. Within 45 minutes he'd sorted it out, the neighbour knew and paid for it, a senior plumber came out, and there was no mess and no damage. Despite this my job was delivered on time and under budget.
