   UPDATED 2025: Updating my review to 3/5 stars due to privacy issues and treating my wife differently than me. Laser insists on collecting drivers licenses from all customers "only used in the event we should need to engage debt collection services" even though we were already a Laser customer and offered to pay up front. I had concerns about data security with our sensitive information and concerns of identity theft and received no thoughtful reply other than "this is our policy." They also did not have openings for two weeks when my wife called saying we had no heat and needed help. She even mentioned our baby at home. But when I called and asked what else could be done, suddenly they had an emergency after-hours service we could engage that was not offered to my wife. We've moved onto more local friendly electricians. Prior review for full disclosure. They've done some good work over time, provided you can get them onsite. Since buying a home we've had three visits from Laser for different jobs and all projects turned out really great. Contractors can be a mixed bag, but both the plumber and especially the sparky (Tony) that came out were excellent. (Thanks again to Tony, we have more projects and hope he is the one to comes out). Both assessed the job correctly, got to work, worked efficiently, kept us informed as the job went, were personable, and even adjusted on the fly to our preferences. The billing rates are what they are right now, but if you want good, reliable service I would say the rate is about fair given all the other contractors out there looking to cut corners and do shoddy work. If you're looking for the cheapest rates in town you may try elsewhere but you also might have workers who are less efficient and don't do the job right. I was hopeful but Laser does not pass through their wholesale discount on parts and charge customers retail plus maybe a little more (5-10%), but saved me the hassle of locating, picking up, or paying to have parts shipped here. Still five stars all things considered.

   Vince has been awesome in everything he has done. Friendly, efficient and listens to the issues and then goes and resolves them. I am very grateful for the service he has provided. HIGHLY recommend .

   I waited weeks and weeks for a job to be done no one ever showed up. Made multiple phone calls about it. Then phoned to book it again and was rudely spoken to by Brandy who has absolutely no customer service skills and would not stop talking over me to listen to what I was trying to tell her about the job. She then hung up on me. Thank you Brandy we will after 20 years of using LASER be looking for a new company. If there was a NO star option I would have rated 0

   The company overall was very thorough. The plumber arrived within the estimated time frame that was given. He was very efficient and professional. My initial request on the web page was responded to very quickly and I appreciate it. Very happy with Laser Plumbing!

   Third time I have used their services and they have never let me down. Responsive, friendly and reasonably costed. 100% recommend to anyone. LC 1.12.2022 As soon as I sent a request for help they were on it straight away. This was late in the afternoon and they had someone around first thing the next morning. Communication excellent, friendly and professional people. Charges very reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone.

   Good Morning Brandi I just wanted to thank you for all your help in organising the replacement part for our shower mixer. And contacting Sam who arranged getting the part required and the plumber who carried out the job all within a week of my phone call.
