Wanted to see the product in the flesh before purchasing and was pleasantly surprised that Turfreys had one in the showroom. The staff I dealt with were excellent and gave me an honest review of the product, which I then ordered on the spot. Even better, the stock was in Hastings and could be delivered in 2 working days. Also made an additional purchase, was again shown excellent customer service and got a great deal too. The customer service was excellent. The information team were extremely helpful even checking measurements for me and assisting online with the purchase. In addition I received a 10% discount and free freight. I'm very happy with the speedy delivery which only took a day and a half too.

We needed to replace our old down draft rangehood and found a Parmco glass touch control unit would suit. After a quick search online we found a few options to buy and decided to purchase through Turfrey as their reviews looked good, a web search indicated they had been trading for a long time and it looked like a family business. I had found the Parmco unit was slightly cheaper at a competitor and a quick email saw Turfrey price match and provide a code to use in the online store to bring the price down. The ordering and purchase process was smooth and an email indicated delivery would occur within 14 days. I ordered on a Sunday evening, received tracking details and was surprised when the delivery was scheduled four days later. The Parmco unit arrived well packaged from factory with no damage. The instructions were quite basic however the setup, fitting and operation is fairly self explanatory. Professional installation is required and this unit does allow for remote mounting of the extractor fan box. I recommend this product, the quality is excellent and the service from Turfrey to price match and personally respond to an email late on a Friday afternoon was outstanding.

Ordered a Weber Q3200 Gas BBQ yesterday morning, which beat the Auckland prices hands down and blimey the BBQ arrived at 2.00PM today. what fantastic service.
