   Recently rented a house through Bonny and she went above and beyond to make sure we got the unit we wanted as there were a lot available. She responded promptly and allowed us a 2nd viewing so all of our flat could view the house together. She was clear with all details and made the process smooth and stress free for us.    I wanted to leave a review specifically to recognise the excellent work of my Property Manager, Alana Cammock. To be honest, prior to Alana taking over my property in September, I had become quite disappointed with my experience and had even considered changing property managers. Some issues were previously overlooked, which understandably affected my confidence. Since Alana stepped in, my confidence in Wolfbrook has been completely restored. From her very first inspection, she was thorough, detail-focused, and proactive — she identified a potential water ingress issue that had not been raised before. I genuinely felt sorry that she had to deal with a legacy issue as soon as she took over, but she handled it with professionalism and calm. What really stood out was her willingness to take ownership, her clear communication, and her persistence in liaising between myself and the Wolfbrook development team. Thanks to her diligence, the issue was addressed promptly and properly. I can see why Alana’s name comes up frequently in positive reviews online. She is professional, conscientious, and genuinely cares about doing the right thing. Wolfbrook is very fortunate to have her. Highly recommended.

   Best Property Manager We’ve been renting in Wellington for the last 30 years, and Christina has been our property manager for the past few years — she’s the best we’ve ever had. Christina is friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator. It makes such a difference dealing with someone who genuinely cares about their tenants. She’s always respectful and considerate, and whenever we’ve needed to move an inspection, it’s never been a problem. Christina consistently goes above and beyond to make sure inspections happen at a time that works for us, which is rare and truly appreciated. We’ll miss her cheerful visits. Both landlords and tenants would be lucky to have her managing their property.

   Extremely disappointed with Wolfbrook and our experience with them. We bought a house from them in March 2021 in Wellington, and our build went over. We anticipated delays, however their communications around each delay were poor and not informative at all. We moved into our place in March 2023 and when we arrived they had not completed the remedial works that were supposed to be done before we moved in, and we have had radio silence since on our 90 day remedial works. The quality of the material used on the housing is fine, but the finishing is terrible and looks like shoddy work with carpet coming up at corners, nails sticking out of walls, doors hung poorly causing them not to close etc. Overall it does not look like a professional did the finishing on our home. I can confidently say I will never buy another Wolfbrook property and I would not recommend them to future buyers.

   We recently purchased 1 of 9 townhouses in Auckland through Wolfbrook Property Group. Our experience started off well and communication was good until the main builders and other staff left the project. Our build ended up being 1 year longer than specified. During our final walk through we had an extensive snag list which contained some major remedial work due to poor workmanship and quality control. Now seven weeks later and tenants moving in we have had only a few issues rectified. Our concerns are treated dismissively and communication is one sided. Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience with Wolfbrook.

   To be honest I wasn't that impressed with the communication from Wolfbrook to begin with. There were significant delays with the build and despite my attempts to reach out through their website, I wasn't receiving the monthly updates and I received next to no communication about what was happening, which was unnerving. Eventually I was connected with Nadiya and communication improved heaps. In the end, happy with the result, and if I'd received the monthly updates and been connected with Nadiya from the beginning, I'd have no complaints. Five stars for Nadiya. Four stars for the overall Wolfbrook experience. I'm sure future customers will be fine now that better systems are in place. Thanks Nadiya and team!
