   We love the whole team at City Firewood. The admin support are so quick to respond and helpful. The delivery drivers are friendly and happy to put the load exactly where we need it. Our driveway isn't the easiest to navigate but they always seem to manage it. Thanks for yet another warm winter.

   Great wood supply. We warned the driver about the driveway and they had it noted. Unfortunately he was in a rush, didn’t get out and scope the driveway, revved the truck up and down the driveway, got caught in the basketball hoop, (which was in a hedge), still didn’t get out of the truck to see what he was caught on, I came out and untangled him and he proceeded to do the same thing again and ripped the basketball pole away from the framework. After we followed up, (as they never made contact despite being informed of the damage), we asked for $30 return of delivery fee as compensation. Instead they offered a $30 credit. We spent $900+ on wood, buy the credit is useless as we will shop elsewhere!!

   My partner got a load of wood in the back of his Ute got home to unload it, found one third of the firewood was sawdust and splinters took the rubbish back the guy laughed at my partner, he said to the guy he didn’t want this rubbish and the guy said push it off round the corner he put only six bits of wood in his Ute what a joke will not go back there again. Considering we have been going to this business for years there customer service attitude from one of there staff members was pretty bloody piss poor would not recommend there business again to anyone.

   Friendly staff and quick service. Altho I got there early and possibly before winter demand proper has kicked in. Free trailer for collections is a huge bonus. Got our wood just in time for the first cold snap so perfect timing really. Will be interesting to see how things go when we need a top up in winter!

   Great service, quick delivery and very friendly staff. No question is a problem, and very quick response. Easy and quick to order. The wood itself is dry, clean and cut into an even size which makes great for stacking and also for loading the fireplace, burns great. Could not go wrong purchasing your firewood or fireplace accessories from this company. You have one very happy customer here and will always be purchasing my firewood from you.
