   We've had almost an entirely great experience with our multiple cabjak orders. My only gripe is the half dish washer cabinet one has very unclear information about what the size is and how the sizing works. Even after emailing the answer wasn't super clear and took multiple back and forth. I ended up buying the wrong drawr and had to get another one which obvs is a pain. 18 months later I still haven't managed to move the spare on at a discount. Additionally the cart can be super fiddly. I also purchased an accidental cabinet through the awkward cart system. Make sure if you make a mistake you just start the whole thing again. Editing the cart doesn't work well. I do find it very good value for money. Not as scratch resistant as other brands but for the price... I loved we got a budget bench top here. Would have preferred a stone top but we ran out of money by the end so $700 was a financial relief. I really miss their old bench top colour though.

   Designed online on their website. Sent measurements of space I had to work with via email to them and Cabjaks checked over the design and picked up on a couple of missing parts which was helpful before I completed purchase. Once purchased, selected a “due date” and had sent to Hawkes Bay. They sent it via Mainfreight and then Conroys delivered to our home and unloaded it into our garage tidily. All nicely wrapped. Had emails and a call prior to delivery to arrange the time to be home. Was straight forward to put together and so nice to have the cabinets pre-assembled. Everything fit snug, drawers/cupboards barely needed adjusting to all line up. Worked out how to do that with a simple search on YouTube and a Phillips screwdriver. Picked up some screw caps to go over screws from M10 for like $12. Very pleased with the end result.

   I needed to buy a simple 600 x 600. Quality-wise, Cabjaks was substantially more reasonably priced. The solid build of the cabinet was pretty good. At my novice level, perhaps equally impressive (pic attached) was the way I installed it! Note to business owner: Looking at previous comments, it's always a good gesture to respond to/acknowledge comments publicly. This is a fairly good indication of customer focus.

   Great selection of very cheap kitchen cupboards. I have been using them in my rentals for over 10 years now. Very easy and minimal cost to replace damaged skirting, doors etc. To upgrade, I would add an engineered stone benchtop from Famous Stone Ltd, East Tamaki.

   Jessie is great and the girls on the phones too. Bradley, however, is a cut above. We managed to get a nine piece kitchen into the back of a Elgrand van. Has creative thinking and eager to continue with the mission we had to do just goes to show his level of service is outstanding for customer satisfaction cannot think the team enough for getting this job done in the appropriate amount of time and assisting with me and loading of the van. Highly recommend the Service is exceptional.

   We ordered a kitchen from Cabjaks. The people were really easy to deal with and very prompt when there were a couple of issues that needed remedying. Thanks so much for our lovely kitchen. It has totally transformed the room. It’s not totally finished yet as we are waiting on the walls to be done, but here are some before and after pictures. The brown wood ones are what we were living with before. The white is our beautiful new kitchen.

   We used these cabinets to fitout our new veterinary practice. I put them together myself with a hand drill and borrowed plunge saw for kickbacks and back boards. Ability to specify exact benchtop measurements was awesome and fast. Made our practice look great for a reasonable price point. Rapid manufacture and delivery meant we could make decisions during the build and items would arrive just over a week later once room was finished painting. Had a small issue which they sorted rapidly. Got a few more cabinets to get from them which will do in the next week.

   Staff member is very rude, impolite and not willing to assist!! Delivery: There was a big drama on the delivery. promised delivery between 830am-900am, call at 910am, got told the cabinet have sent out from their warehouse, then call at 930am, got told the cabinet still at their warehouse! Two staff member promise to call back, but never happen! During the order and the final product: * Got told the sink hole cannot to be cut in the middle of the bench top. then we organised all piping at the right hand side, at the end the hole cut in the middle. Need to redo the piping during installation!! * Got told bench top and sink will come separately. I expected it simply assemble top and sink together by screw &/or glue. But the cabinet frame wasn't cut properly for the sink fitting. (see photo). spent over half an hour to measure and cut!! * Most house in NZ do have skirting. As a professional, I think they should an option for it. The cabinet now cannot sit close to the wall!! (see photo) * One door cannot close properly!! (see photo) * Chips on one door!! (see photo) The one star for the great attitude of the delivery person.
