   It's two years now since our just before Christmas move into our quake repaired home and we still love our Palazzo designed kitchen as much as we did back then. From the day we started unpacking it's just worked for us and we couldn't recommend Blair and the team enough. The design help, the attention to detail and willingness to fit the budget, to after care. Highly recommend if you're looking for a 2026 refit.

   We had a lot of fun designing our kitchen with Palazzo and it’s amazing to see the 3D model on screen come to life. We wanted a Japandi kitchen and Palazzo assist in helping us design a kitchen that fit our house layout. After the design process, we had to wait a few months before the joinery arrived in New Zealand from Germany. Kate keeps us up to date as to when the joinery will arrive and when we can start the kitchen installation. Once the joinery arrived, the kitchen installation happens quite quickly and Blair and Shane do a great job with the installation. Our kitchen installation itself took about 5 weeks. We also did our floors and there’s a bit of a wait time for bench tops, electrician and plumber to do their work. We are so glad we redo our kitchen with Palazzo. The kitchen is now our favourite part of the house.

   We dealt with Sarah for our kitchen design for our new build home in Lincoln. After meeting with other Kitchen Companies we found Sarah's Design process and wealth of knowledge to be amazing. Sarah designed exactly what my partner Aimee had been envisioning and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Palazzo has incredible options and varieties of bench tops, which we were both blown away with.    I had been dealing with another kitchen company and feeling frustrated until I walked into the show room of Palazzo Kitchens. I was immediately greeted and given professional advise and within 3 days I had new kitchen plans in a 3D format so I was visually able to see my dream kitchen come to life. This had me sold. Pieta was so friendly, helpful and professional with great ideas and I immediately felt I was in good hands. From start to finish the team were attentive, put my mind at ease and helped everything come to life. The product is outstanding. It took 3 months for it to arrive from Germany and there were updates all the way , so it is very true when they say “all good things come to those that wait” It was certainly worth it. The installation by Blair was second to none, he worked tirelessly by himself to get it installed pulling some very long hours to get the job done. I highly recommend Palazzo kitchens to anyone that wants their dreams to come true with an exceptional product and experience made easy.

She took the time to listen to my ideas, asked thoughtful questions, and presented a range of options that fit my style and budget. The installation team was also top-notch. from the joinery, to benchtop installer, the final products have received so many complements from my friends and family and I know that this is a space that I will enjoy for years to come.
