   Matt did a fantastic job with the cleaning of our light coloured fabric sofa and applying a protective product after. The difference is amazing - it’s like new! We have used other professional cleaners in the past, but the outcome has never been as good, not even close. Matt is knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. Great communicator from the start. And to top it all up, the products he used are natural, environmentally friendly, non-toxic and cruelty-free. Couldn’t be happier. I’d highly recommend Matt / AA Carpet Cleaning.

   I didn’t use their service in the end but called to inquire. The man on the phone was very rude. He asked if the living room had a dining area, I said yes, and he said “you got to tell people that cos that counts as 2 rooms, ok?”. He also asked if I was on the ground floor, I said no, and he said “you got to tell people that cos bla bla bla, ok?”. Jeez sorry I’m not a carpet cleaner and I don’t know what you need to know, it’s not like I was trying to deceive you. He then said oh they are so very busy and if I need to book better act fast. I couldn’t wait to finish the call and would never want to talk to someone like him ever again, as a customer.

   I had over watered my plants and had 3 really hard stains to remove from a light colored carpet. Matt the owner was very thorough in explaining his huge experience and the quality of his products. I felt totally confident that this was the best company to deal with and I was not wrong. Matt sent James, a professional friendly wonderful man who did a fantastic job. I'm soo impressed with James I have to say he is a credit to the best carpet cleaning business out there. I have used carpet cleaners many many times in my life. AA Carpet Cleaners is by far superior in every way. I thought my carpet was damaged beyond repair. Thankyou James your amazing. A really lovely person with great skill too.

   I want to say THANK YOU for the amazing stain cleaning job done on my carpet after my dog had a MASSIVE "accident". I was warned that the results may not be what I expect due to damage done when I tried to clean it myself, however Mark exceeded all my expectations and it now looks better than before. Highly recommend and would use AA Carpet Cleaning again in a heartbeat. You guys made my day!

   I called AA carpet cleaning because I had an ant problem. I had previously used them to clean my carpets and I was really impressed with the service and how clean my carpets was. (See previous review below) I remembered that they also specialized in pest control. I had tried some shop bought ant treatment but it was not making a difference. Matt came and sprayed the carpet and outside the house, he also used some gel bait. Within two hours of treatment there was not one ant to be seen! I was extremely grateful and happy with the service that I received and would highly recommend AA Carpet cleaning for both carpet cleaning and pest control. Highly professional company that I would have no hesitation in recommending. I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who listened to what I needed and who happily answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very grateful that Matt the owner was able to help with my request as all of his staff were booked out. Matt was punctual and very friendly. He was very respectful when moving my furniture. I am extremely happy with the results and how clean my carpets now look. Having used previous companies before I can definitely notice a difference and will be sticking with AA carpet cleaning from now on. Thank you so much.

   These people are totally awesome. Mathew easy to talk with and extremely prompt with returning calls. Excellent customer service all round. You get what you pay for when it comes to caring for your carpets. AA Carpet cleaning was so much more effective than the rug doctor job I did on the dog pee stain. Tried everything to get rid of the smell but just masked it and bleached the carpet. The chap who came out did a brilliant job rectifying the situation. I had previously supported another carpet cleaning business for numerous years and decided to try AA Carpet Cleaning. This business has a winning forumula, "Their people combined with superior cleaning equipment, knowledge and expertise and genuine desire to service their customer in the best possible way. Matthew took my service call and arranged a prompt cleaning service with his top technician under 24 hrs to meet my request. Jonathon represented AA carpet cleaning as their technician. He was on time, courteous and very respectful of our property and belongings. He was genuinely interested to find out what problematic stains we may have and explained the process he would use. He worked efficiently and was very thorough with the cleaning process. Johnathon operates at a level beyond a typical employee with his high standard of professionalism. AA Carpet cleaning operate at a 5 star level with the owner co-ordinating the cleaning jobs you know you are in good hands. You will be impressed with their service. It is second to none. I am delighted to know there is a great service I can use and will support from now and in the future.
