I had that most amazing service today. I parked in the allocated parking at was greeted before I could exit my car asking "how can we help". It was a simple transaction, just 1m3 of topsoil and a loan trailer (no charge). The gentleman was friendly and chatty and gave clear instructions on how to operate the tipper trailer and the easiest way to depart. Great work team
I had a fantastic experience with Landscape Supplies. Their Glacial White Pebbles were high-quality, beautifully uniform, and perfect for my garden project. The service was excellent and helpful staff. Highly recommended for premium landscaping materials!
I recently purchased some gravels from this shop and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the products and the customer service, more than half of the GAP40 I ordered, as shown in the photos, are fine sand. I sent the photos to them and explained the issue, no response in a few days, I followed up again still response, then I spoke to their staff on the phone, the staff said they’ve seen the photos and they think the fine sand will help to compact and it’s totally normal. I am so disappointed and will not buy from them again

This place is awesome, owner operator, they engaged with my child, were helpful and approachable, and when I overestimated how much I needed, were super helpful. Trailer was great, although a jockey wheel would have been a huge help for manovering the full load into location. Im new to the area and now I've found my local supplier and wont be looking any further. :) cheers
These guys are great and nice and central. Easy access to collect supplies for our landscaping projects. We have our own trailer, but if you are doing your landscaping yourself and need to borrow one, they have free trailers to use.
Good prices on a range of products, helpful service and easy trailer hire makes it very easy to sort out garden needs. Mulxh was good quality and the stone options looked like they would cover a really good range. No hesitation in recommending them.
I had a load of stones delivered which unfortunately was filled with dust. When I pointed out to Landscape Supplies Mike was very understanding and even took back the remaining and refunded all my money. Not many businesses do that service today! Well done excellent service - Lynn Phillips
