   I have had 3 work vehicles in to be worked on. This time I walked out with a ridiculous bill rang for clarification and got the manager, was spoken to disgustingly, "his words were it's only $500 dollars" for a small business that is a big difference. When I went in I got told he was under stress due to another job. No excuse he shouldn't speak to customers like that. Told I would hear from them Monday Tuesday with an outcome and still nothing Terrible customer service.

   Excellent customer service. Didn’t manage to fix intermittent fault with air con on first visit, but did on the second. The price reflected the fact we had to go back. Very happy to recommend and would happily use these guys again. Work was completed within a short time frame in the lead up to Christmas.

   Popped into Pro Auto after a quick conversation yesterday. They checked out my HID bulb that had stopped working, they cleaned the bad contact which had caused the old bulb to blow ( under a year old for a bulb which should last 10 years +) replaced it with a new one. Very friendly, fantastic service & would recommend to all. Thanks guys, A++ service

He suggested 3 alternative solutions and I went with the one he recommended. He did the work later that morning which fixed the problem.    These people went above & beyond their duties. Our wire loom was turned into a birds nest after it fell on to the driveshaft in our camper while on holiday in Canterbury. We were looked after so well. Jamie has a great wealth of knowledge for such a young man & he made us feel at ease & explained it so we could understand it. Highly recommend this awesome business.
