“What a beautiful location! We had high tea - the food, all made in house, was divine. The hot scones, made freshly for us, were light and fluffy and served with delicious jam and fresh cream. The tea was lovely, with bottomless refills of the tea pot. And there is something peaceful about looking over the garden, watching ducks and chickens foraging whilst sparrows gather for crumbs. The service was also wonderful, friendly but professional. I would thoroughly recommend a visit! N.B. There is other food apart from a high tea, and it looked wonderful!”

“Really nice place atmosphere qas really good, got the big cup and really good portions with good flavor. We used to go to Golden sands alot but this will be new breakfast place. Price $$ good for a breakfast place. Food was a really good portion and was tasty. Customer service was excellent. Only issue was the knives weren't really sharp so it struggled to cut the sour dough bread. Still great experience. Overall rating 5/5 would highly recommend.”

“We had such an amazing time on the fire truck! The team were able to secure us a booking with short notice, and were flexible with what we wanted. They communicated with us well and everything went off without a hitch! The experience on the bus was fantastic, drinks are well priced and yum. The sound system is fab and we were blasting our tunes the entire time. Such an awesome way to make an event special, or add some extra flair getting from A to B. We were so well looked after and our entire group were blown away with the quality of service and how easy everything was. Would highly reccomend! The price is totally worth it for all the fun you get!”

“Favorite cafe in the area. Coffee is always good and cabinet food has never disappointed. Usually only 1 person working so expect to wait when busy, but it's worth it. Also the only place I know that has a half-caf on the menu (1 shot full caf, 1 shot decaf). Thanks for all the coffee and hugs from your giant bear!”

From never having stock and staff that had almost lost the will to live, we now have no problems getting what we need, with people who are just so happy to help. “Come on Auckland! You guys need to come and support this great business! The beers are off the chart and the food is fantastic! I love a hazy IPA, each one was unique and delicious! There are over 30 different beers to choose from! The food was really good. I highly recommend the crispy butchers bites, the deep fried gherkins, the Korean cauliflower and the ChurBurger! That ChurBurger was……chur!! Bloody delicious!!! Not a big fan of shoestring fries (I like the proper chunky fries) but overall, fantastic beer and food…I highly recommend!”
