   I have been a regular customer but I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Hut. When I opened the pizza, I took a photo as usual, not realising there was a piece of plastic that had been cooked into it. I only discovered it when I actually bit into it. This is a serious food-safety issue. I contacted customer care immediately, explained the situation, and provided the photos and all details but I received no proper response or follow-up. I gave them a chance to address the problem, but nothing was done. I’m sharing this review to raise awareness about quality control and customer safety. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves their processes so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

   I had an outstanding experience at Pizza Hut Karaka! From the moment I walked in, everything was spotlessly clean and immaculately maintained—a real credit to their team. I was served by Kuljinder, who was humble, polite, and genuinely attentive. I ordered a regular classic cheese pizza with fries for $6.49 — honestly, every cent was worth it. They cooked the pizza to perfection: the crust was just right, the cheese melted beautifully, and the overall balance of flavours was spot on. The fries were crisp and fresh too. If you’re looking for a friendly, tidy spot with great value and service, this is it. Kuljinder and the team made my visit memorable. Highly recommended!

   Hands down the best Pizza Hut in NZ, their sour dough is beyond good. So clean in store staff are awesome. Can’t fault it. Shame they are closer than the store that delivers but 100 percent worth collection to get it from the Karaka store!!!

   The best pizza hut in town!!!!! Kuljinder is the best guy and makes you feel soooooo welcome at his restaurant. If its not the taste of food, it’s his kindness and genuineness that brings people into his store.

   What happened to biting into a pizza to have the cheese stretch out from your mouth to the slice you bite into.........???? It no longer happens as it seems the budget no longer extends to a generous topping of cheese like us aging kiwis remember. Shame that tomato was the dominant flavour on a hawaiian pizza. Pizza Hut is just not the same. Disappointed dinner.

   Ordered a few San Francisco base pizzas, which were pretty good. Toppings definitely light but you get what you pay for. Store is small inside, so order ahead instead of standing around.

   Great having another Hut around. Agree with other review about toppings being a bit light - not the place to save money, and it's no fun getting a cheese pizza when you order a pepperoni. :)

   I ordered online 1x GF base/Classic Veggie with no sauce which = $11.38 and 1x GF base/Ham & Cheese with BBQ sauce which = $9.48 only. Bit light on the toppings however you get that with the Classic range so i always add little more flare when i get home. The thin crust GF base was well done and slightly sweet so that’s a winner. Friendly staff, quick turnaround and parking out front.

   a bit disappointed with my first order at this store as I ordered paid online but when I arrived, the front staff said someone has already taken my order. I explained that I have not picked it up, showed my receipt and my online order on the app. There is no other name "Eufemio" as it is quite unique. The lady denied me and said that the person took it has said my name. The manager came, and made a new order for me. Not even an apology from their staff. Still thankful for making me my order despite another wait.
