   After our normal thai restaurant told me to book through uber eats for a large order, I decided to make a call to Ginger. They were super helpful, recommended how to order for the size of the party and then delivered to my door. The food was hot, beautifully presented and delicious. This will now be our go to Thai for delivery and we are looking forward to eating in soon. Thank you Ginger!

   We had a really nice meal here. The green Thai curry was the highlight — fresh, fragrant, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. You can tell Chef Praew really knows her flavours; everything tasted clean and authentic. Service was friendly, the portions were generous, and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

   I came here with my parents who have traveled extensively throughout Thailand, and they have told me this place reminded them wholly of their time there. This restaurant is a phenomenal case showcasing high quality thai cuisine with classics such as Pad Thai. Staff were super friendly, the decor has a unique modern style giving a cozy feel, and the prices weren’t inflated. The place is relatively unknown and definitely deserves more attention. Highly recommended.

   The food was delicious, best Thai restaurant in Auckland by far. The abundance of flavours in each dish, and bounty of ingredients with prawns fit for royalty. The presentation of each dish was like art on a plate (as seen in photos) and the taste was even better. The overall balance of flavour in each dish was just phenomenal. We ordered the chicken pad thai, prawn green curry and Ginger special noodles, and everything tasted amazing! To finish the night, the mango Crème Brûlée was the perfect dessert to satisfy the sweet craving for the day. Additionally, we were truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff, who were not only friendly and very accomodating but were able to recommend dishes tailored to our preferences. Throughout the evening, they exhibited an impressive level of attentiveness and professionalism. The atmosphere was impressively luxurious, adding to the overall dining experience. I will definitely return to try the other dishes on the menu and cannot wait to be back.

   Lovely setting and friendly busy vibe. The menu is extensive with lots of choice for fish and vegetarian dishes as well as a great variety of meat dishes. The dishes were so beautifully presented when they came out with generous portions and all very delicious. Look forward to going again soon and bringing the family.

   Went here with my partner from the shore on a recommendation from a friend that this was the best Thai in Auckland. I have to say that it was the most disappointing experience. Yes we got there at 9 but the food was average at best and the service was abysmal. Can’t say that about all the staff but this one staff member who was in such a hurry to get us out of there that she came up to the table asked us to hurry up as she needed to clean up at 10pm and started to clear our plates and even took our water away. We were not even asked if we would like desert. I’m surprised these guys get away with this. If you want a disappointing experience when it come to food and service then please visit this place else there are a myriad of Thai places in Auckland that will leave you very satisfied. Shame on you guys. Will not be going back or recommending these guys. They don’t deserve even 1 star but had to as google won’t let me post this feedback. Two thumbs down. I think they should clear up their act as enthusiastically as the waiting staff wanted to clear our table of they’ll have a lot of time to read these review. Expecting a call back and an apology.
