   Booked a table on a whim and it turned into one of the best meals out we have had in a very long time. Fast service with amazing staff all of which greeted us with smiles and seemed like they all genuinely wanted to be there. Fantastic freshly cooked food 10/10 . Will be back! Thanks for a wonderful meal and experience of dining out.

   Taste of food was really good and delicious :) I feel strange about fried calamari. I ordered large portion and the guy when put the plate on the table said that it’s large calamari. Honestly, they don’t look like large calamari :( They came to me to ask is everything good, I was afraid to said about calamari:( but the food taste was really good.

   Such a cozy place to eat. The service staff and owner are really, really friendly people. The food is absolutely delicious and the ambiente inside the restaurant is really welcoming and charming. I would definitely come back. Big recommendation from us!

   Fantastic chicken wings, jalapeno croquettes, charcoal chicken and grilled eggplant & halloumi. Great portion sizes, lots of value with varied ingredients & tastes! The kinda meals that not only are good for you, they feel good during & after. Hearty and homely, but still professionally prepared to impress. You can tell that truly the flavours are all there as you'd expect from the names of the dishes - charcoal is absolutely right, and deliciously so! Friendly, considerate and prompt service :)

   Food is always delicious, greeted with a smile, great drinks selection, freshly revamped menu, my favourites still remain! I’ve always intended to take photos, but I end up eating it too quickly. The garlic bread with house made hummus, so simple but so good. Steak is consistently cooked to perfection. So many worthy dishes, need a mention, the flavour balance is so good. These guys deserve to flourish, after the constant road works they were hit with. The food and the quality of the service is always so pleasant and I’m definitely a repeat customer because of it

   We are regulars at Someplace Else (at least twice a month if not more) and the food NEVER disappoints. Such consistently amazing food and love the new additions to the menu. Can’t wait to try them all out - although can’t seem to go past the Calamari and the Grilled prawns every single time. Can highly recommend this establishment. Nav and his team are amazing. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

   1st time in this hidden little gem, awesome atmosphere chatting with the locals looking out at the beach. Food was great, we had the Market Fish, and it had great portions, and was reasonably priced. If we weren't heading back to Texas, we'd be back to try the Ribs which appeared to be the most popular choice. The only reason I didn't go full 5 stars is because we wanted vegies with one of the meals, and we weren't able to substitute.

   I wish I could say we loved it like the rest of the reviews I see here on Google. However, I wanted to be honest on how we felt after dining here. I was looking forward to trying their food because of all the old reviews I saw but was disappointed after. First, the Jalapeno poppers we've ordered looked and tasted very much like the Jalapeno poppers that was bought from Countdown. I knew it did as it had corn in it which was quite unique. The onion rings looked like the one we frequently get from Countdown as well. Nothing wrong with that but I found it quite pricey for something that was instant and bought from the supermarket. The chicken wings tasted bland and dry with no sauce as well as the onion rings which did not include a tartare sauce or something. The ribs were average but were a bit dry too. The place though looked nice and they had a lovely area for private events. Just wishing they could improve on the food some more.
