“The best Chinese I've had. Sweet and sour pork is so crispy. Love the $36 set menu Chinese. Lovely service. Burgers are thick meat patties, not those thin ones. We are now regulars and absolutely recommend trying them out.”

“Very user-friendly online ordering website or app. Easy to use and easy payment system. Pizzas were ready at pickup time and pizzas were very tasty. The counter service at Mana store was average and could be improved. The store is no longer fully decorated inside and the walls look very bare. It would look so much better if the walls were decorated and the lighting improved. Very dark inside.”

“Went to the Cust Country Pub for dinner last night with some friends. Had a lovely time. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Nothing was a bother for them. The food was great, from the entrees to the desserts. I had the fish and chips which was served with yummy chips and a lovely green salad and was unfortunately more than I could eat ( and believe me I tried). I would recommend this pub to anyone who wants a reasonably priced good meal in a comfortable friendly atmosphere. Well done to the staff and management.”

“This is an excellent Ilam Kosco The new fridges are amazing which means more new food and drink products. The food and drinks including the latest ones taste very good for any time and day. Even though parking is a bit annoying the products Ilam Kosco offers are very worth it in the end. Everyone should come and experience Ilam Kosco :).”

“THIS bar is has come along way and is now bit of a hidden gem in Hornby. The rustic look of the bar and its layout is great. Also the prices are very, very welcoming. Makes you want to stay longer. Has a pool table too and plenty of space. Their seafood basket is too die for too. You won't be sorry visiting here!”

“An absolutely brilliant experience, so laid back. It was Easter Saturday when I went. Very quiet. A lot of love has gone into the place particularly outside. Has potential to make it more of a cafe atmosphere inside, too, with cafe at the front and pub at the back. It's a good fitting name to reflect that in the past a lot of wheat was grown in the area. This area is going to really boom and become a desirable place to live and raise children.”

“Cool, casual, comfortable atmosphere w/welcoming, warm service and all around wonderful, what a gem! Cascade very much has a Las Vegas speakeasy feel, as in you need to know in order to get it. What a pleasure! Food portions are generous. Drinks are creative and well done. The ambiance is lovely. Service is second to none. Cascade is an excellent place to be!”

“An unreserved 5 out of 5 when taking into account quality and value. Naan breads are huge, Tandoor Chicken was fantastic, and the several curries I've tried were delicious. Underrated hidden gem. 2023 edit: still fantastic even though prices marginally up. Can’t go past the ‘Old Fashioned Lamb Curry’….seriously, it’s really good; even if the vege constituents vary and the name doesn’t tally with swanky fare. The naan’s are still the biggest and most legit you’ll find from any Indian takeaway. Would love to see what tandoor they’re rocking back there! Do yourself a favour and visit these guys. 2024 edit: yup, still the best. Little more spensey, but that reflects the general situation everywhere. Two old fashioneds with rice, some bhajis, a tandoor chicken, a couple of naans……you’ll eat like a maharaja for going on four days or more. Best naans ever. 2025 edit: Absolutely hands down the best. The old-fashioned lamb curry cannot be beat, and must be the signature dish in my opinion. Roiling away for days on end, random bits and pieces added as some sort of eternal curry; vegetable components changing but flavour evolving. Naans giant. Tandoor chicken epic. Eat for days. Ignore the 1-star review casuals.”
