   Conveniently placed at the northern end of Belfast, just before you join the motorway. Has a reasonably priced bottle shop and an equally good selection of beers. Food here is solid pub grub, nothing outstanding, but pretty good nonetheless. Huge carpark surrounds the side and rear of the pub, with more than ample parking.

   Went there to play darts. We are in a team sponsored by the Peg. The tavern serves lovely bar food and stocks a wide range of refreshments, alcoholic and non. The staff are very friendly, and even though the cook was not on duty when we arrived, the manager herself cooked us a couple of delicious snack meals. You need to try the hot chips...delicious. This old, historic spot is worth a visit even if only for a look. It has all the usual services and a TAB and poker machines. No wonder it is popular!
