   The best Italian Pizza, Lasagna, Pasta and Bruschetta that I have ever had in New Zealand! I totally recommend it to everyone. Have tried Italian food in many places around Auckland and other places around New Zealand but Romani’s food is the best, it’s unique and the most delicious that I ever experienced. Brought many friends to try the food and they loved every single dish and how tasteful they are! Every time I go there, I can feel that besides the excellent handmade, delicious taste and well made food put together with the right combination of ingredients, each dish, each bite on the food shows the love, heart & care that Maria & Julia wonderfully put into their special recipes!

   It’s a Favourite!! Maria & Julia are always so welcoming and kind! They make everyone feel at home at their lovely restaurant! Their food is always so flavourful and well made! I’ve had the opportunity to bring so many friends there and they all loved the experience!! The Lasagne, Bruschetta, Pizzas, Pasta options are the best you can find in Auckland!! Everything handmade and made with Love!! I recommend Romani Cafe to everyone!! Thank you so much for the wonderful experiences and dear memories Maria & Julia!!

   The food was absolutely amazing especially the lasagna, the place has such a warm and homely vibe, feels like coming home. The two Italian aunties who own the place are incredibly kind and friendly, and every dish is served with a warm smile and of course we’ll definitely be coming back again!!

   I couldn't say I enjoyed my time there. The pizza was questionable, as it didn't exactly give a flavourful taste, tasted like homemade food (I feel like the pineapple ruined it but it definitely would not have tasted much better than that). The tiramisu on the other hand, tasted better. I am not sure how good it was (as I don't like tiramisu), but according to the friend I was eating with, they said it was good (they enjoyed it). Pricing wise, the tiramisu was slightly on the high side, and it would've been good if they updated their pricings on Google reviews. (Costs over 17 dollars). That's not all, the space is very small, and I wouldn't want to go there if there were more than 3 people. It was very hard to get in and out of my seat, as they gave us the corner table. I personally didn't enjoy my time there as the food and pricing was just not up to par, but the staff were lovely and kind, and I just had to give them a 5 star for service.

   On a freezing cold day, i needed a quick coffee and somewhere out of the wind. I had a gorgeous latte and was served by the loveliest staff. Will definitely bring my friends back to try the food because everything smelled so good and it felt so welcoming and homely!
