   Absolutely love this café! The decor is beautiful — warm, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. It creates such a relaxing vibe that’s perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying a quiet moment. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. You can really feel the genuine care they put into the place. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

   The food was amazing the Saint Louis ribs and practically fell off the bone and major shout outs the chicken entree and pan fried fish, they were to die for. As for service, I wanted to personally thank Sumit, we came in and were treated like absolute royalty by him. For the atmosphere, the place felt like something out of a European villa, 10/10 dining experience in th evening! Absolutely will be dining here again.

   This restaurant is the exact reason why I prefer to make and eat food at home. Menu was completely different to what was shown on google. None of the cutlery matched which absolutely drove my head in and should have been my first sign it was going to be a bad night. Server didn't seem to know what they were doing or have much grasp of English. Food was bad bad. Especially for the money. Rib eye steak was not rib eye and was veeeeery small, charging 5 star restaurant prices for that was unreasonable. Mash potato was dry as an old boot. Ribs were warm on the outside but stone cold on the inside. Sold out of most wines, so we're left dry. Super disappointed for a birthday dinner out. Another table had been reserved and left without ordering any food or drink, we'd absolutely love to know the reason why that was, maybe the incompetent waitstaff, lack of drink available or the outrageous prices

   I love this place!!! It may be on a main road but the atmosphere inside the courtyard walls is beautiful…. a feel of Italy. We were greeted warmly and found a lovely seat in the sun where we thoroughly enjoyed the coffee and delicious food brought to us. I ordered the beef burger without buns and my son had the fish salad… both were spot on! I can’t wait to come back on an evening and enjoy the courtyard, with the festoon lights and a glass of wine with another Del meal!

   Hidden Gem with excellent service!! We’ve seen this place for a while as our kid goes to daycare next door and finally decided to give it a try. We went with a group of friends and thoroughly enjoyed our night. The food was excellent especially the platter as it had something for everyone. We also ordered mains and dessert and were not disappointed with any of our meals. However, the service is what makes this place special and it was totally on point! Yana, the manager, and the server were both amazing and made us feel very comfortable (with our over energetic and loud kids). Yana even went above and beyond and requested the chef to amend my meal so I can have more veges after the meat platter! Will definitely come back and make it our local favourite.

   Easily the best food out west!! I’ve seriously considered moving out of West Auckland due to the lack of good quality restaurants however I have found this Gem, Two good guys and have already eaten there two times this week, slowly making my way through their menu of perfection! I contemplated not writing this so that I can keep them all to myself, however I do not want to risk losing a access to their great food, excellent service, and romantic atmosphere if they weren’t to have enough customers to keep business going and stay open. Lastly, I note the don’t close at 3pm like most cafes and they do dinner so if I had it my way it would be the only place I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner. Anyone who says anything bad about them is a wanna be Gordon Ramsey yelp reviewer and is talking out their backside. 1# place in West, hands down, I’d put money on it.

   We'd heard some good things about this new local restaurant out West. Sadly, the food was disappointing. Everything looked pretty but the dishes simply didn't deliver on taste or quality. The calamari was very ordinary and the serving was small for the price. The lamb shoulder was cooked beautifully but was so ridiculously sweet that there were no savoury notes at all. In fact it was so sweet that it almost felt like I was eating a dessert. My daughter had the beef burger and this also was disappointing. The pattie was full of breadcrumbs and fillers and tasted more like sausage than an all beef pattie. If you're going to sell a beef burger at a premium price then it needs to deliver on the juicy, beefy notes - and this simply didn't. My wife had the chicken burger and this was very well cooked, crispy and tasty. Both burgers were overly tall though and had to be eaten with a knife and fork. You should be able to eat a burger with your hands and get all the flavours into your mouth at once for a perfect burger bite. While the service, decor, and atmosphere were all nice you ultimately go to a restaurant for the food and 'Two Good Guys' was just very average.

   I love a business with integrity and passion. My partner and I visited on a super busy Sunday late-morning, right as just about everyone else in Glen Eden decided to visit. They were understandably slammed with orders and, with the business still being quite new, they struggled to keep up a bit. However, they were really honest about it. When we showed up they told us how long the wait was, and the whole time they continued to be honest, keep us up to date and really just made sure we never felt like we were forgotten. All the staff were apologetic for the wait, but honestly you're all doing a great job and a cafe like this is so desperately needed in Glen Eden. This was my second visit and both times the food has been phenomenal. I've tried the halloumi bruschetta and the hash benedict. Portions are generous, food is perfectly cooked, and all the flavours are spot on. The coffee is excellent. My partner loved the hangover breakfast on our previous visit. The fitout is also fantastic, with a really comfortable feeling, great outdoor space and decent tables & chairs. Love to see a dog-friendly cafe! I'm honestly so happy to have Two Good Guys in Glen Eden, the service and the food is really worth raving about, and I'm looking forward to returning in future. :)
