   Popped into Thai House recently and had a nice overall experience. The place was clean and had a cozy, welcoming vibe, the decorations definitely gave off an authentic Thai feel, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We tried the Pad Thai, Tom Yum, Garlic Snapper, and Sizzling Duck. The Pad Thai was tasty, but the portion was on the smaller side for the price. The Tom Yum was full of flavor, while both the snapper and duck were a bit too salty for our taste, but still enjoyable overall. One heads-up: finding a car park nearby can be a bit of a mission, so plan ahead. Still, if you're after a warm, authentic feeling spot with kind service, Thai House is worth a visit.

   My spicy seafood noodles was very tasty with large juicy prawns, squid & scallops. Priced a bit higher than street food/takeaway joints, it’s to be enjoyed seated dining inside the cosy traditional thai decor… Reminds me of how Thai restaurants used to feel… nowadays trendy canteen vibe is more common! Service is always casual & warm family style.

   Generous portions, inviting flavours & high quality meat & veg. The tofu was well prepared but I wanted more in the container. The prices are quite high (paying $33.80 for a tofu and veg dish was a bit of a shock). I did enjoy the meal but a big issue is an inability to select a spice level on Uber Eats, so our dishes were quite bland - no heat whatsoever. I love bright, hot spice and this was very mild. We had mainly noodle dishes; they were a little too oily and saucy for my tastes but I feel like that’s how they are supposed to be. I loved the little touches - scrambled egg, perfect amount of peanuts in the Pad Thai, wide Pad See Ew noodles. For once there was that amazing wok hei flavour!

   It’s a small restaurant, but it’s soooo good. Family run business, everyone was so kind and polite. The manager is a wonderful lady, who suggested us their best sellers. We started with Thai iced milk tea & coconut water. Then we tried the mixed platter - 2 x Chicken satay, spring rolls & curry puff. Loved the spring rolls & curry puff. You have to try the Mieng Goong, it had toasted coconut, shallots, roasted prawns,chilli paste served on fresh lettuce. It was a burst of flavours in the mouth, absolute delight. We tried their roti and it was so crispy and yum. In the main course we tried the Massaman beef curry & it was yum, tender pieces of meat. Also the Chicken cashew nuts, it had chicken, cucumber, carrots, cashew, broccoli, mushrooms just delicious. Amazing Thai food, quick service, friendly staff. Highly recommended!

   Absolutely tasty food. My friends and I ordered various meals and shared them and every single dish was different but equally delicious. The service was friendly and I particularly loved the thai iced tea.

   Chose this placed based on 4.3 star. WORSE DECISION EVER. I love Thai food and I had many different dishes across NZ and worldwide. Order pad Thai and got this over cooked EXTREMELY SWEET AND SAUCY, disgusting quality I have ever encountered. Talked to the cashier (possibly manager) who didn’t take lightly my complain. I didn’t want to order anything else as he seemed very angry about the complaint, therefore I couldn’t not trust that they wouldn’t do something to the next dish so I didn’t want to eat anything else but just to pay for chicken satay. He insisted that I had to order something else because I had to pay. I felt threatened and uneasy, so I paid for the food that I didn’t eat and left. The photo attached is how I left my plate (FULL) will never come back to that place. DONT RECOMMEND.
