“I started classes at reconnection training last summer and they have been absolutely amazing for so many reasons. I consider myself as reasonably fit with an active physical job, Gabrielle always pushes me to reach new strengths and boundaries whilst looking out meticulously at form and movement. The classes are always very varied and different and have strong movement focus which has increased my flexibility and strength in muscles I didn't even know I had. I always come away feeling muscle soreness (in a good way) I love that the sessions are outdoors on the beach when the weather omits and it's such a great start to the day with swims in the sea afterwards (totally optional lol) We always have a great laugh when working out and there's always people of varying abilities which are all accommodated for. I couldn't recommend these classes enough!”
“Tamashii Fit is a great place to train at and get stronger. Tamashii Fit has been influential in terms of my sport judo. I feel stronger and more dominant when I fight. When I started around a year and a half ago my main goal was to get stronger for my Judo. I feel that I have achieved this goal and I will continue getting stronger for my sport. Tamashii fit has been an important part of my journey and I would highly recommend going there as it is a great place to train and learn.”
“Love the team at Body Shot and the great atmosphere they provide at their gyms for all ages and fitness levels. This inclusiveness means I can exercise at my pace, but with opportunities to learn and improve along the way. Plus, the sessions are always fun, which I reckon is the best way to get fit.”

“Great gym with an awesome atmosphere. Very welcoming with solid training sessions and an emphasis on technique. Also has a very flexible timetable offering early morning and evening sessions 5 days a week, plus a Saturday and women’s class. Greg looks after his students and puts in the time and effort to better their jiu jitsu. Love this place.”
“I was absolutely amazed at how thorough Anthony was when he was checking my bike for me. He really knows his stuff and if something isn't right he will know. “I was sitting in the park one day pondering my existence, i felt lonely, i felt lost but there i see it in bold, bright yet inviting colours "Altitude Pole and Fitness". I was intrigued. I walked into the studio and i immediately felt a sense of peace - like i was at home. There were so many smiling faces, it was enough to make even the saddest person feel warmth. As i was looking around, the most beautiful yet kind face approaches me to talk. Little did i know that this was the famous 'Karry Summers'. Did i even have a suspicion that this person is followed by many on Instagram? Not at all because no one is humble like Karry. She gently chats away to me and invites me to come for my very own planned, personal and guided tour. After the tour, there was no way i could deny signing up, this place was truly incredible. One year of attendance to Altitude Pole and Fitness had passed by and i felt amazing. I was fit, strong, healthy, and creative. People who had not seen me prior to starting Altitude Pole and Fitness could not believe the changes that occurred as a result of attending classes. My life had truly changed for the better. Its a shame i can only leave a 5 star review on google because i would actually rate it a 10. This place is a dream. Chanel”
“I suffer from really bad back pain and hip pain after my car accident. I was struggling to walk without crying, I was struggling to do basic tasks, as simple as cleaning my house. I just couldn't take it anymore and thought to try pilates. My husband said he would join me for morale support and to see if she could do anything for his knee that got injured during action cricket years ago. We met up with Mary for a consultation, loved her. We knew we needed someone who could motivate us, because we would much rather sit behind a pc playing games. Its been a month with Mary now and we are more conscious about our movements and exercises. I am walking better, no more crying. I painted a fence (uncomfortable but not fully in pain like before), we are walking alot more. The exercises she gave to us as homework are as easy as doing lunges down the hallway, wall angels whilst watching TV, squats while folding the washing. I see and feel a major difference not only in my physical health but also my mental health. Thank you Mary.”

“I love Yoga by Karma! From my experience there is nothing like it. It is so beautiful and I really get a sense of peace so I can focus on my yoga practice, so much nicer than going to a gym as you get the whole experience & much more. The lovely teachers have given me more attention because of the smaller class sizes and they have taken the time to get to know what works best for my body. I couldn't recommend Yoga by Karma enough! What a gem of a studio!”
“Shard's yoga classes and are not like anything else currently available on the yoga scene. Not for masses, this is personal, detailed, and curated just for you. She is knowledgeable and thoughtful in all her sequencing as well as a playful and intuitive teacher, each session is a little work of art and breath.”

The small classes allow for a personal approach - you don’t feel like you’re just another attendee, being rushed in and out of classes. “Absolutely love dancing with VPC. As an adult I was nervous to join a new class, especially the ballet as I had never done it before but always wanted to. I was welcomed so warmly and have felt supported and part of the team from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to give it a go for the first time or even just wanting to get back into dance.”
“Wonderful physio clinic. Kendall and her team are experienced in a wide range of treatments and I have recieved excellent care.A long term plantar fascia tear has been resolved and I am walking freely again. Injuries from a fall also attended to with good results.”
“The movement project is fantastic! I am a hockey player and massage therapist with several old injuries. The sessions with Lawrence have really helped with my core strength, joint stability, endurance and flexibility. It is a great form of recovery but gives you so much more. Lawrence gives you amazing guidance and options to adjust the poses to suit your ability. He clearly has a lot of knowledge on dynamic functional movement and the anatomy. It's also great to be able to access the live zoom sessions as well as an abundance of pre-recorded videos, so you can add in extra strength or recovery sessions whenever it suits. Highly recommended!”
