Fantastic place! My 13 year old loves the teen classes, Ricky is great with the teens and there is a great atmosphere. Glad we found this as a good alternative fitness option in a safe environment.

Love the new boxing gym in Porirua. The team bring so much energy to the classes and make the classes so much fun and easy to learn. The conditioning classes are also amazing for a good workout. Looking forward to more classes as the gym grows!

I have been a member of the Body Shot community for over a year now and I say community, because that is what it is. From the very first moment I stepped in the door I felt included; the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and others attending the classes/training also super welcoming. I have the fortune of attending both classes and having the superior knowledge of one of the PTs through regular one on one sessions. This has aided in my fitness, my strength and also my mental wellbeing. I am so excited for the Porirua classes to open and will be booking in on day one for a session. Come and join me, it's lots of fun!
Love the team at Body Shot and the great atmosphere they provide at their gyms for all ages and fitness levels. This inclusiveness means I can exercise at my pace, but with opportunities to learn and improve along the way. Plus, the sessions are always fun, which I reckon is the best way to get fit.
