Amazing crew, vibe, coaches and experience at Metal Zone CF. I moved my training to MZCF about six month's ago after 2.5 years at another box and haven't looked back. Chris's programming and coaching has helped ensure my PB's keep coming month on month, while keeping the experience really enjoyable.
