    Mary is amazing. Ive been coming along to classes now for a couple weeks and leaving feeling happy and refreshed. Mary communicates very clearly and calmly. I've taken my step daughter along who absolutely loved the class and wants to come back. Highly recommend.

    I completed the beginner Pilates course and really enjoyed it. My posture and core strength has already improved. Mary is a great instructor who will adapt the exercises to individual requirements.

    I suffer from really bad back pain and hip pain after my car accident. I was struggling to walk without crying, I was struggling to do basic tasks, as simple as cleaning my house. I just couldn't take it anymore and thought to try pilates. My husband said he would join me for morale support and to see if she could do anything for his knee that got injured during action cricket years ago. We met up with Mary for a consultation, loved her. We knew we needed someone who could motivate us, because we would much rather sit behind a pc playing games. Its been a month with Mary now and we are more conscious about our movements and exercises. I am walking better, no more crying. I painted a fence (uncomfortable but not fully in pain like before), we are walking alot more. The exercises she gave to us as homework are as easy as doing lunges down the hallway, wall angels whilst watching TV, squats while folding the washing. I see and feel a major difference not only in my physical health but also my mental health. Thank you Mary.

    5 stars are just not enough, I wish I could give more. I tried Rock-it Pilates for the first time and I confess I was a little nervous before arriving at the studio. That all went away very quickly as Mary made sure to gently familiarise me with the board, taking her time to make sure I was happy and feeling safe. I felt super well taken care of the entire time, I was the only beginner, and Mary adapted the movements to my capabilities, so I participated in all the exercises throughout the entire class. I had a lot of fun and also got a great workout. Although I have been doing Yoga for years, this class reminded me of muscle groups I'd forgotten I had, and worked my core in a deeper way than what I usually get to do in my Yoga practice. I think this is a great class for anyone, but I do believe that even if you already have a sport or an activity, the board workout will support that to the next level. I also did the Stretch and De-stress class and it was heavenly, Mary has such a cosy studio and she creates a special and safe environment. We did gentle tai chi style movements, relaxing resting poses, and meditation with a heat pack at the end...couldn't have asked for a better way to end the day. The cherry on top is that Mary is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but she is also a caring and wonderful person to be around. Highly recommend with a cherry on top.

    Love classes at Pilates Lab! My favourite is Fitness Pilates - a little bit of a different take on your traditional mat pilates. I love the challenge and the small class sizes with a max of 6 people. Upbeat music to keep you motivated and a lot of laughs along the way. Mat Pilates is great too - each one I've been to has been different keeping it interesting and challenging. Very much recommend Mary at Pilates Lab and urge you to give it a go. Such a great space and vibe to help you both physically and mentally with your health and wellbeing.

    I started with yoga years ago, but I prefer Pilates now since Mary introduced me to it. I was made aware of how to increase my chore strength and the satisfaction I gained from the workouts, which involved lenghtening and stregthening the muscles. I've always been very keen on posture, balance and flexibility and practising Pilates gives me the confidence that I will continue to remain mobile.

    Pilates Lab is awesome. The change in my fitness, strength and body awareness has been huge since starting here. Mary really knows her stuff and small class sizes mean that every activity is tailored to the individual. Highly recommend!

    Pilates lab was a life saver for my bad knees. Mary is so knowledgeable! Given it's a small boutique studio it's almost like having a one on one instructor. She suited every move to my injury . And for the first time ever (after years of sports and yoga) - she taught me how to use my core properly. Highly recommend her!
