   I thoroughly enjoyed my first 2:1 yoga experience with Shard. She is so friendly and welcoming which made us feel at ease straight away. We went back to the basics in our yoga session and came away feeling rejuvenated like we had learnt so much. Soulbird is a beautiful space to practice in. Shard is a very passionate and knowledgeable yoga instructor, would highly recommend.

   Shard is one of the most knowledgeable, clear, concise and eloquent yoga teachers I have ever encountered. Her passion for yoga is equal to her passion for helping others and it pours out of her so effortlessly and abundantly when she is holding space.    I couldn’t recommend yoga with Shard enough! I was first introduced to Shard in a class setting which I really enjoyed. I now have been on a pregnancy yoga journey with Shard’s 1:1s which have helped me immensely- Shard is so warm and inviting in class. Shard is an incredibly knowledgeable, kind and passionate yoga teacher.

   Shard's yoga classes and are not like anything else currently available on the yoga scene. Not for masses, this is personal, detailed, and curated just for you. She is knowledgeable and thoughtful in all her sequencing as well as a playful and intuitive teacher, each session is a little work of art and breath.

   I would recommend Shard to anyone looking to practice yoga. I first started practicing with Shard in a community group class. She was the first instructor that i've ever experienced that absolutely nailed providing challenging variations and/or modifications to suit every person in the room. I've since started 1:1s. She is also incredibly kind, professional and approachable. You can not and will not be disappointed.
