My hubby needed a hearing test plus we needed to do a few messages in town so I accompanied him to his test, the lovely receptionist offered us coffee while we waiting, coffee was good! Yes the cleaning crews come and go, but they are the only company who actually communicates what is happening, has an operational manager and hands on owner who pop in to check on quality on a regular basis, which a lot of other companies say they will do but never actually do.
