Tony has consistently been a nice guy to deal with over the years. This time he was accompanied by Michael who is new to the crew but has lots of experience in the industry. One evening after work I had come home to a flooded house and it wasn't long til Tony showed up. The damage was quite bad and I was so stressed out! Tony was so friendly and helpful though he went above and beyond to help me out and I am so grateful! He ended up calling for backup and another lovely fella named Paul turned up to help. Both men were amazing they moved my furniture around carefully and done their very best to save what they could. I appreciate you both soo much honestly so grateful for you guys. Excellent service! Our hot water cylinder broke and Jae Hawkes Bay came to the rescue with the clean up. Leanne was great with communicating with us and Paul did such an awesome job with the clean up and putting everything back in place one the cylinder was fixed. Highly recommend them.
I had Jae carpet cleaners into to clean my carpet today which I must say I was absolutely thrilled with the result and service!! The carpet was well overdue for a clean and the result was amazing Tony was very friendly and he did an amazing job! I would definatly recommend them and I will certainly be using them again!

JAE were above expectations. Their staff, both those on site and in the office are very professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Both the on-site and office staff were very empathetic. Their knowledge and skill helped calm a very worried client (Me!!)
