I have had 15 years of operating a childcare business and can testify that we are difficult clients for cleaners due to the mess we create! Because of this I would normally fire cleaners on a 6 monthly basis as they would start off well then deteriorate. Quality Cleaning are the only company I have kept on for 3 years now. Yes the cleaning crews come and go, but they are the only company who actually communicates what is happening, has an operational manager and hands on owner who pop in to check on quality on a regular basis, which a lot of other companies say they will do but never actually do. Any issues are dealt with extremely promptly and proactively. Highly recommend!
We have been using Quality Cleaners for the last couple of years to clean our offices. We are happy with their service and if there are any issues they are dealt with immediately. 100% best job that has treated me like a valued staff member, keep everyone up to date and on the same page and let you know when you're doing a good or bad job which to me is important in a job. It's a shame I have to leave due to change of living situation but again a big thanks to everyone in the team who made working bearable haha nicest team I've met.
