This service is superb in every way. Jason Redfearn is professional, helpful, knowledgeable and on time. The carpet looks brand new and all spots were removed as if by magic. Excellent service. Impressive!
I cannot speak too highly of Jae's they were spectacular and reduced my stress levels immensely. The people who came had been brought in from Westport, Palmerston North, Wellington and the Hawkes Bay - great actions from Head Office there! My house was completely flooded downstairs and they were in within a couple of days removing carpets, drying out, installing heaters, blowers and dehumidifiers. Then coming back to check, realigning equipment and just now - spraying the walls. Made such a difference to the awful stress of seeing my house under water! All done with on time work and understandable explanations of what they were doing. Thank you to Dom, Paul, Ash, Gordon Jerry and Dan. Epic team work Jae's.
Dan came over to assess the damage caused by flooding and he was exceptional! He acted swiftly to remove carpet from the affected areas and treat it to prevent further spread. He was very knowledgeable - he knew what he was talking about and communicative, proactive, friendly and reassuring which made me feel at ease. An absolute professional and gentleman and gave a top assessment of the situation. Such a great experience. Hope he comes back for the follow up. Top quality service.
We moved into our new rental five months ago, everything hunky-dory, when we had that deluge of rain hit us at the end of August and our entire downstairs flooded. Jae were sent out immediately by the insurance company, and we have had nothing but absolutely positive experiences with the entire Jae team whilst this has been worked through. As tenants, we were kept in the loop by the guys and by Lea, who sent me the daily text messages with updates on bookings. The guys were all very friendly, and they all made sure I knew exactly what work was occurring and what would happen for future bookings. I think I met most of the team with this job, as it turned out to be quite a large exercise, but I really wanted to say thank you to Dan, Michael, Jason, Ben, Gareth, and, well, everyone, for being so kind to me whilst we dealt with this stressful event, especially as we later had another extremely stressful event to contend with. I would very happily recommend them to anyone who asked. Happy Friday, guys, and see you some time in the future! Services performed included: - Clearing out the rooms - Lifting carpets - Setting up industrial dehumidifiers - Checks (usually daily) on machines and drying process, moving of machines around the house as was needed - Carpet re-lay (including laying of new carpet tacks (?) and wood (I am not familiar with the terms, sorry!), as previous ones had rotted) - Vacuuming - Carpet cleaning - Returning items to original places after work was completed
